As he began to read, there was no sound
from any of us and all eyes were focused on Nick. At one point, he
stumbled over the words and playfully looked up and said "Hey, I can read!
It's this Calligraphy stuff!" By the tone in his voice and the look
on both his and Bill's faces, it was clear they were very, very moved by the
quilts.
